Red Square in preview?

in my playthroughs from IL2, when loaded in tacview, my plane is followed by a, somewhat aggresive,  red square.
I don't have anything against red and although I to vote for the cylindrical party I don't dislike Squares, per sé, but I do like to get rid of it.   Anyone know how

It looks like a bug in IL-2 telemetry export.

I have tweaked the database of Tacview 1.8.2 beta 3 to hide these strange cubes...
