Is IAS and CAS a premium feature?

I have a problem with TacView. Even though i selected IAS and CAS in the selected object labels menu, it doesn't show.

I remeber when i started using TacView it was there but now it isn't. So my question is, doesn't this belong to the "advanced telemetry" the premium versions boast about? Or is it just a bug that needs to be reported and fixed?
