Hi, I'm trying to recover a Tacview Advanced group product key

This is addressed to the developer of Tacview,

I did try to go through the procedure listed on the official Tacview website:



Clicking the email link opened up my gmail and I typed in my information, but the email I got in response was this:



I tried to follow that link and submit a ticket, but I can't complete all the details. I bought into a group purchase of Tacview Advanced for the discount several years ago. It was part of a virtual squadron I belonged to at the time, and recently I've gotten back into flight simming and wanted to install Tacview, but I realized I misplaced the key.

I can provide my private info in a PM if someone on the Tacview team responds, but I really can't remember any specifics such as the exact month or year, or how the person who actually made the transaction paid (credit card, paypal, etc.).

I'm hoping I can still recover the key, but I'm also prepared to accept it's just not possible and I might have to rebuy it. I hope not though.
Any help someone on the Tacview team can offer me would be greatly appreciated.
