This was a difficult battle.

We attacked in 3 prongs. The enemy were heavily fortified in a hill fortress. I was meant to be in reserve but Fabian pulled me into a full battle. He was spread to thin! I defeated his large division of cav, inf & arty. It was not easy. He put up a strong fight. I wore him down with my cavalry and fresh, eager infantry.

Meanwhile General Sandman faced the new generals KlausVarna and Herrpaulchen. He attacked them ferociusly with horse. Klaus formed squares. He kept General Sandman busy. Herrpaulchen shifted to the middle and assisted general Colbert, after fighting 2 squadrons of enemy horse. Colbert pushed hard and took the fort!. Fabian collapsed.
