Well, I think there full of...sh** beacuse IL-2 CoD was more like abandon by the dev´s and full of bugs!  If it wasent for the community who put out a excelent mod (Team Fusion mod) 2 years later that fixed all the bugs and issues CoD had, it would be dead for sure!

Sorry Frankie didn´t want to bash your post, but things should be known regarding CoD!  Most of the IL-2 CoD folks moved on to BoS (IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad).

Hi Red2112. Thanks for sharing and warning. Well I NOW know that COD is nuthin' without the Team Fusion modding group that has kept "the dream alive" with their patches and mods. So I think that COD is given a new life in the same way that Falcon 4.0 has been given a new lease of life with BMS.

That's the beauty of gaming. Bugzilla games that disappoint, frustrate and disgust gamers with buyer's remorse are given a second chance by modders who selflessly work after hours to hone the game into a cut diamond. To such modders, their work is a labour of love. So if the gamer is patient enough, it is just a matter of time before some talented modder with spare time on his hands decides to make the game playable and a thing of beauty.
