After almost 2 weeks of silence on social media we can now finally talk about the situation that has been going on. Rafael has not been present anywhere in game development this was due to his inactivity in the past year where we did all of the game development and managed the whole project on social media and various other platforms.
3 weeks ago Rafael returned which caused a dispute in the team. Rafael has "EmergeNYC" and "FlipSwitchGames" trademarked, which we respect.
We have decided to change our project name to "Responding" and our studio name will be "Visionary" as you can see all of our platforms are changed to responding. This page is no longer affiliated with FlipSwitchGames or EmergeNYC, we no longer represent EmergeNYC's product.
Our game concept thought hasn't really changed, we will create the same awesome game as before just with a different skin.
We will be posting content of the past 2 weeks in the upcoming days.

Hope you all are enjoying your labor day. We spent the last week and weekend working on this demo hard to give you guys something nice.

In this debut game play video you will see a ton of new things. We have gotten a solid start on the mix of RTS with 3rd Person style game play as well as our UI design.  We still have a ways to go to reach Pre-alpha state but we are nearing the tech demo period and are really excited to get that out to our Deluxe members soon. You will also see our enhanced traffic system which we have put over 50 hours into however it still needs work. Everything you see is very early and will be worked on extensively. We will let you see the rest for yourselves.

Hey everyone, this week we spent most of the time planning the next few months in our development which are the most crucial to us. We will make an announcement later on this week about our plans. I spent the weekend addressing one of the largest issues facing the game right now which is optimization.
The trucks which we have released in our interactive demo are nowhere near game ready assets which means their polygon count is beyond normal and the baking of materials and textures is absent. I spent the weekend learning optimization techniques and have begun recreating, optimizing, adding small details, and modifying all of the vehicles we have currently shown you all.
The last 3 days was spent on Engine 30. Below are some photos of the new, optimized, and more detailed and accurate game model of Engine 30. It is a nearly 100% accurate recreation of a 2010 FDNY Seagrave Marauder II Engine. With this optimization we are going to save nearly 300% the performance that the game has been using. The rest of the vehicles will be done as well in the next two to three weeks and hopefully this process does not delay the tech demo by too much. Be sure to compare the new truck with the old one to really be able to tell the differences.
