This teacher show´s students the art of self-defence using the Russian Systema technique which has been used worldwide.



There are other passive defensive techniques like Jiu Jitsu.  Here´s master Gracie with a brief video.



These techniques have been used by police officers, security and army personal, special forces all over the world.
