The strange thing is that Tacview is forcing me to type in a serial (since this update). I bought the steam bundle together with CMO and didn`t receive a serial. So i cant use the tool anymore...

If it is on Steam, then you should update through Steam and Steam Beta and NOT use the stand-alone updater.

I didn`t do the manual update. It was an autmatic update through Steam.

It doesn`t work. Same dumb window appears "Enter serial"....wtf!

Hafer

I opted out the beta and now it works (..)

Vyrtuoz

Sorry for the inconvenience, that's what beta versions are for ;)

Did you buy Tacview on Steam? Did you buy the standalone version? Which license(s)?

I am going to double check if there is a problem with that.

;-)

I bought the advanced version. So technical i must be able to use the beta. It worked since november but not after the patch 1.8.1

Vyrtuoz

Thank you for the feedback! I have fixed the regression and uploaded a new beta 4 on Steam.

Can you try it and confirm if it is working properly on your system?

I've noticed that in the recent versions the blue indicators on the timeline are gone, are those going to come back at some point? They were really useful, particularly for server admin work.

BuzyBee

Looks like a regression ... we'll fix that in a coming update. Thanks for letting us know!
