I think is only available for Vbs3/2 owners

Bohemia Interactive Simulations introduces online courseware for VBS3. Now administrators and instructors can learn how to use VBS3 online. Available September 2015, the VBS3 Admin Online Course offers clients standardized training and features like progress tracking and downloadable course resources.
