Even after 77 years the Battle of Midway holds many instructive lessons in leadership, decision-making and strategy. I came across this lecture/presentation by Jonathan Parshall, historian and co-author of the book "Shattered Sword: The Untold Story of the Battle of Midway," delivered to students, staff and faculty at U.S. Naval War College (NWC) in Newport, Rhode Island in 2014.


Jonathan tells it like a story complete with action diagrams and time-lines. Absorbing and riveting stuff.
