Planned changes for D.O.W.

As our community grows. It is time to look at the following.

Here is a list of changes and modifications, in no particular order, planned for D.O.W:
~~•   Complete logo~~
~~•   Modify D.O.W. TeamSpeak.~~
~~•   Introduce more forum admins~~
~~•   Introduce TeamSpeak admins~~
•   Complete D.O.W. YouTube channel
~~•   Refresh D.O.W. recruiting section.~~
•   Dedicated game server (future development)

Any and all help is welcomed.
