Oh darn.. watching this is nearly hypnotic.

Do you see how operator is ahead of what he going to do all the time. Like he knows exatly what he is going to do next. and to top that he doesn't even stop. Is just so fluid non stop movement.

No stopping, no shaking....  but constant fluid motion... almost like dancing
