About
Battlefield Commander WWII is a real-time tactics game that emphasizes strategic decision-making over micromanagement, with a focus on realistic combat and authentic unit behavior.
Years and Theaters
The game contains units from the Soviet Union and Germany spanning the late war period (1944-45). Units from the early war ('39-'41) and mid-war ('42-'43) are planned to be introduced. Other nations, including the US, UK, and Japan, are planned for the future. The European, African, and Pacific theaters of war are all planned to be included.
Game Modes
The game currently has single-player skirmish and a dynamic campaign.
There are two different battle modes to choose from -
- Battle - Gain victory points by destroying enemy units.
- Flags - Gain victory by controlling the most strategic areas on the map.

The new update adds another batch of physics & AI developments along with substantial visual improvements to wet weather & changing conditons; it also expands on our trip through the 2000s with a new pack of exciting mid-2000s GT cars as part of the Historical Endurance Pack Pt2 DLC.
As is tradition with AMS2, the new DLC content will remain free for all users to enjoy during the initial release days; the DLC itself isn´t available for purchase as Steam does not allow for DLC releases on weekends, but its store page should go live on Monday.

Announcing Arma: Cold War Assault Remastered

25 years after the release of Operation Flashpoint, we're releasing Arma: Cold War Assault Remastered, now with widescreen support and updated code for better compatibility with modern hardware.
Currently available as a demo on Steam, the full game will be released at a later date.
To mark the occasion, we're also releasing the source code on GitHub for all of you to take a look under the hood of the military simulator that started it all.
We can't wait to see what you will do with it!
