Mission Summary :
Intel: The republican guard has taken over Ramadi, Basra and Fallujah. They also are after CIA spies that manage to escape north into the woods. Commander we are to plan and conduct an assault north to take control of the towns again.

SITUATION:

a) Enemy:

The Enemy has moved south and taken over Fallujah, Basra, Ramadi and has setup of a Forward Operation Base (Red Base). The enemy has set up a Fuel supply point in Fallujah that must be destroyed. Also a few days ago a Civilian helicopter was flying in restricted airspace and was shot down by the enemy. There was a CIA agent that was on-board this helicopter when it was shot down. Intel reports that he is still alive and is hiding in the woods around grid 0216 4089, waiting for an extraction.


b) Own:
3/66 Armor-
1 section of M2A2's
1 section of CV-90/30 FI's
2 platoons of M1A2 SEP's
1 platoon of Leopard's 2A5A2 DK's
1 platoon of Challenger 2

MISSION:

3/66 Armor is to move north and take control of Fallujah, Basra, Ramadi and the Red Base. When Ramadi is taken 3/66 must secure the area near the LZ were the CIA agent can be extracted from the combat zone. Trigger Helo flight will spawn the Helicopters.


EXECUTION:

Orders will be given by the Commanding Officer.

Have the bugs been fixed on this?  The mission kept crashing at the start.

He's, but I don't have a copy of it. Assassin will have to send the latest version to whoever hosts if he doesn't host it. If he cannot, then another mission will have to be selected to play.

This one has been fixed, I will be there today

We were outnumbered about 12 to 1, give or take a few.  We accomplished the mission somehow, but practically lost our entire task force in doing it.  We took the objectives and rescued the downed CIA tourist, but were left with one tank, 8 total dismounts, and the support group. 

I'm playing this mission again on my own (takes about twelve hours or so)...YIKES!!!!
