Solution to V3.8 install issue

The solution:

Make sure virus checkers are off.

1.   Install the V3.8. It will fail but the install will be there.

2.   Use the Drivers folder from the V3.7 install. Specifically the "Cuda" driver folder. Copy and paste it into the "Drivers" folder in the V3.8 install. Overwriting existing.

3.   Launch V3.8 normally.
