As do I. I doubt that the T-72B3 will be crewable, but then again, I never expected the BTR-82A to become crewable. Also, Ssnake has implied that there will be no changes to the thermal signature of destroyed vehicles: https://www.steelbeasts.com/topic/15809-hype-thread-2022/page/5/#comment-225940

Yeah the new BTRs are cool.  I'm a Ukraine war junkie and those BTRs will fit in great.  Steel Beasts just needs those t72b3s and crewable Ukraine produced T82s and we can get some pretty authentic Ukraine '22 scenarios going.

Yes, there is a bit of a problem with that.

The T-72B3 will be able to fire AT-11 missiles.
