Steam revoked my BoS Moscow DLC key for "non payment"

Today, when I came home from a hard day's work and turned on my PC and logged into Steam, I received a nasty message that I could not ignore or by-pass without acknowledging it that said my BoS Moscow DLC key is revoked  for "non payment". I made the mistake (in retrospect) of buying the key on G2A.com three months ago. I looked at the receipt and see the seller is in the Ukraine...NICE. Looks like they pulled a fast one on me. I put in a complaint to G2A but I doubt there'll be any resolution.

Happened to me mate.
And it was resolved I had to send screen shots of the steam transactions but got it fixed.

I have heard it can happen and did to Wilso.

Quick response from G2A who refunded my purchase. I have no Moscow DLC key now though.  :(

Contact the IL-2 team.

Also IL-2 titles go on sale often. All you need is 1 of them to play mp online  :thumbsup

I received this email from 1CGS support...not sure what exactly they are asking; specifically, "key that you activated in the Steam service to obtain the remote content"

You have to take a screen shot of the Key from the sight you purchased it from
So in my case it's G2A.
I had to send 2 screen shots as I had SGrad and Mos.
You then type in the email something like....


"Please see attached evidence of purchase with the follow key for Moscow "

Then you type in the key that you took the screen shoot from

And reply via the support email you were sent.

Further to my last response,

I received my new keys for both stalingrad and moscow.

All in it took less than a week from raising the ticket.
There was an issue at first where the key they sent had already been activated, where i emailed them and received another new set of keys within an hour.
