Does anyone know how to design a campaign ribbon using (x) software? I'll do it, but I do not know how

Would like thoughts on this from those that participated, and those that might for future campaigns.

My thoughts are that those that participated would get a star, number, or diamond for each phase you participated in.
The look of the ribbon should be different from anything currently issued by SB community, and specific for us to tell that it belongs to DOW.

My two cents.

Thank you Asid and Red for running with this and getting the process started. Looks like soon we will be able to issue them out, once we have the list to post, and a finalized ribbon with phase participation merits ready.

It is definitely different from anything in SB. I will work on a "full" ribbon in the very near future.

I agree it should look different of SB community and more like DOW.

Id prefer to have something modest.

Im looking up for more campaigns. Maybe in future we could play a mixed campaign as well.. like.. first we clear road with tanks.. then we move in infantry... and change to Insurgency.

how cool would that be.

I think both are a start. I will have to say first draft of your red reminds me of the ones from steel beasts.
Stardog I like it, but 4-7 is not with 1st CAV so options I think would be to have either the CAV red and white, or 2ID patch behind the 4-7, or get rid of the patch behind it.

A list will come out of those that participated in the campaign and the number of phases. If you were part of 3 or less you will get the ribbon without stars. If you were at 4 or more then you will get the stars. The list will be out this week, and then you will be able to download the ribbon you should display.
