Compass Atom 5oo back in the air

I flew my Compass Atom 500 today. 4 lipos. Skookum 720 + Fibreglass blades on a FBL head. Very nice

Fine weather on 25/05/17

Managed to get out and fly the A500. Put a couple of packs through it. This flies so great and tracks really well. Amazing as it is on FG blades  .

This has been a very reliable machine

Managed some great flights with the Atom. I upped the head-speed a couple of hundred rpm's to deal with the wind. The Skookum suits this model very well. The model tracked well in all orientations.

Lighht winds, patchy rain

Had a few packs at 2500rpm Head speed. Ran well. Getting 9mins from a Hyperion 3300mah lipo...Oh it's a few years old as well
