4 New players looking to Join a Saturday Group?

Have a LAN group that meets every Saturday 1900 EST (North American). We have the base game looking to get into some battles. Have Team Speak? What else do we need to purchase or load?
We would be probably intermediate to basic players

Ya I would too.....Dave K is out this weekend. We though Have Brian joining us. So that would make Rick (tactical wargamer) Dave S and Brian. 3 total. Brian is a basic player also
1900 hrs Eastern Time? Brian though would have to load a few things. Might be a little bit of time getting him up to speed. Not sure if that is ok?
