I watched this very interesting document of how to fight against water. Just cause of interest after I had heard from Yassy things about Holland.

I liked it, and I think that many of you might find it nice to know too.

Quite few I think. It was like... how Holland came to be what it is today from the very beginning. Of how windmills were used, and many of those catastrophes that strike there killing thousands of peoples and taking away entire cities of the time.

Two bigger projects were that insanely long dam that could be descended if too large waves would approach, and another huge port with two doors that could be closed. Well huge.. is not enough to describe. Its gigantic!

Those at least.  But as well how some benches were created long long time ago. During time when there was Hardly any machines to help. just by hands.
