T-90 hit by TOW

question though, In the video the T-90 turret is pointing in the directing of the camera guy and at one point it sounds like they are talking 50 cal fire. I wonder why the tank was not moving back to reposition or even aggressive in a firefight. If the gunner even seen the TOW launcher tube. I would think the Gunner would have fire the Main gun or coax. Seems more like a setup video or the crew was sleeping and then was attacked. Dunno but I personally think this was a setup

If you look carefully you can see the cal. 50 muzzle flash,so they are not sleeping. Other question is¿why the shtora system is not  activated if they see the ATGM?

It's hard to see a missile in real life as far as I know. Also, one of the sources I read said that shtora has limited operating time and has to be switched off for cooling. It's hard to say what was the context of this situation and what happened earlier.
