Computer monitor thoughts

Would like to know peoples thoughts on computer monitors currently out there for max of 250 US, down to 100 US. I am looking for between 20-25 inch. I would prefer a dull bezel for if and when I do multiple screens. I might go triple screen if I can get two for around 200 US. I buy my stuff on newegg if you post links.

Requirements
1. 100-250 US
2. 1-8ms
3. 60-144MHZ
4. Preferably GSYNC able
5. Display port, HDMI, and DVI preferably, but at least display port and HDMI.

The only thought I have is that faster response times are better, according to some research I did once. My monitor has 2ms response and I am very please with it.

I looked into monitors for about an hour the other night. What I found were that response times are key, but unless you are a hardcore gamer anything under 8ms is fine. The mhz is the refresh rate, and that can be a bigger advantage in PVP type games. Gsync is a bonus for NVIDIA drivers. Most monitors and graphic cards are going to display port.
