Training sessions for our group
« on: September 22, 2015, 04:21:55 PM »
To make the training more interesting and functional I would like to try the following:

1.   The session would be split into 2 halves.

2.   Each half would be no more than an hour each.

3.   The first half would be training on a specific task.

4.   There would be a short break.

5.   The second half would be a very small mission based on what we just learned.

6.   We could have an AAR at the end of the mission and use the AAR tool built into VBS.

The training mission could be created using the RTE.

I think this is a awesome idea. It would allow people to learn, and implement what they learned, and use it in the future. This then would allow us to use more options in mission making, and having people more comfortable in those missions.
