An Eagle Dynamics employee and Russian citizen was arrested in the country of Georgia and extradited to the US.

ED are very silent about this , apparently the guy obtained the manuals of his own accord .

ED Mods are also heavily quoting rule 1.16 with heavy bans as punishment .
