Engine start bug

When you turn off your engine and someone jumps into your vehicle (F8) the engine restarts on its own. This should not happen unless its keyless starting?

It is to simulate that your driver was sleeping, and when the F8 person jumped off your tank it scared them, and they thought it was time to move!!!

This is annoying and can give away your position to the enemy! This has been around for at least over a year.

Is this another "feature"?
