Do not Alt + Tab during game.

This can freeze the session for everyone. It stops the game clock and could cause a de-sync.

This happens in Full screen mode.

To enable the use of Ailt+Tab you can turn off "full screen" in options the screen. However make sure the resolution of the game is the same as the desktop.
