Whatever Happened to HistWar Napoleon


Aimed to be a legend but caught in an eternal loop of development, the HistWar franchise is still alive. Sorta.





In this video, I'm sharing some game footage from this 3D (grand) tactical wargame. Some commentary too.



To be sincere, I'd be a pity to leave this wargame in its current state. So much was achieved already. But the glacial pace at which updates come out makes me very nervous.

JMM, the DEV, last mentioned a target for the release of the fully overhauled version in late 2018, which actually doesnt mean too much, but that he´s working on it and somewhen most probably will come a huge patch, that will be the great throw or, what I´d rather believe, a next milestone on a journey to another galaxy, what, as most of us know, takes a number of lifetimes, unless the traveller is able to reach the speed of light.
