My information is that SB was used in a class but not officially supported or endorsed.

That's apparently what happened with Poland, according to the link I posted above regarding Poland.

I was referring to the use of SB by the U.S.A.

I was kinda hoping that Singapore would be on the list since they use the Leopard Tank, but nope. A search for "esimgames" or "Steelbeasts" on their Mindef site retrieves nothing. Singapore does have a 3-year old state-of-the-art Armour Simulation Centre (ASC). The Centre comprises the Armour Driving Simulator (ADS) and Armour Gunnery and Manoeuvre Simulator (AGMS).
