Ron,

    I am at turn 21 on the whole campaign of RGW.  I could not get any rail conversions done by the Germans this turn or the past couple of turns.  It just says that hex is not adjacent.  Also, I have set up several Russian attacks and all the game days is HQ link is broken.  I am a little frustrated at this point and am ready to give up the game.  Would you have any hints or anything I could do to make this game work.  The weather is storms this turn and the last couple of turns have been rain.
