May not be of any use but at someone's suggestion here is my profile I am using for Falcon BMS 4.33UI. A couple of duplications and a few I may yet change as in some cases keyboard just as easy leaving switch free for something else.

For me has all that I need to hand and about as near as the real thing as I can reasonably given the differences from a real F16 stick.
