Teamspeak 3 Server Update Scheduled Sunday 10:00 AM GMT - 11:00 AM GMT

Hi guys,

the TS3 server is now out of date, it need to be updated to the new version. This will help to solve the following problems: voice degradation, client drops, slow data transfer.

This process will take a little time, I would like to make this changes on Sunday morning around 10:00 AM GMT - 11:00 AM GMT  (most of the users use SimHQ on Sunday)

TS3 maintenance was postponed for Technical Reason, but I fixed some INI file problems. Hope this will make it more stable, till the update.
