Subject and date: Upcoming routine InterNAP maintenance early 3/11

Description: An upstream provider will be performing maintenance on one of its routers between 10pm and 6am EST, starting on 3/10. This maintenance may cause brief periods of connectivity loss or increased latency for your server.

This will influence TS3 server and LiF Server
