FB79698: CodeMeter License Server: CmActLicense: The detection of Microsoft Azure has been revised. Previously, it did not correctly detect whether the system was running in Microsoft Azure in all cases. Therefore, in these cases, CmActLicenses did not use the correct binding, resulting in unexpected behavior.

FB82147: CodeMeter License Server: If the time update was performed via a proxy server and problems occurred in connection with the name resolution of the time update server, long waiting times could occur until the time update was aborted.

FB83031: CodeMeter License Server: WibuCmNet.dll: In rare cases, on exiting encrypted .NET applications an error occurred.
