Cavalry Troop Reconaissance by ben

1) SITUATION:

a) Enemy:

- An BMP2 Company reinforced with Leopard 2 tanks is reported to be deployed in the vicinity of the town of Wietzendorf as marked on map.

- The enemy company is expected to be preparing a hasty defense.

- We expect contact with enamy forward recon elements imminently.


b) Own:

Our Squadron is tasked with verifying the location and composition of Enemy forces in the area, and confirming the usability of AA1 and AA2 for follow on forces.

You must ocupy OBJ EAST and OBJ WEST with your forces, and defeat any Enemy forces in the OBJs.


Forces at your disposal are:

- Platoon of 4 M1A2(SEP) tanks.

- Platoon of 6 M3A2(ODS) scouts.


- If you suffer losses, the other Tanks and Bradleys of the troop may be used (via triggers).


2) MISSION:

- Infiltrate into OBJ EAST and OBJ WEST.

- Gain force superiority in OBJ East and OBJ WEST.


Secondary Objectives:

- Defeat any Enemy recon elements encountered.

- Locate enemy BMP company.

- Hit enemy BMP company with MLRS Strike.
