'The ultimate MiG killer'
Produced by North American Aviation, the Sabre is best known as the United States' first swept wing fighter which could counter the similarly-winged Soviet MiG-15 in high-speed dogfights over the skies of the Korean War (1950-53).
Considered one of the best and most important fighter aircraft in that war, the F-86 is also rated highly in comparison with fighters of other eras. Although it was developed in the late 1940s and was outdated by the end of the '50s, the Sabre proved versatile and adaptable, and continued as a front-line fighter in numerous air forces until the last active operational examples were retired by the Bolivian Air Force in 1994.
Its success led to an extended production run of more than 7,800 aircraft between 1949 and 1956, in the United States, Japan and Italy. Variants were built in Canada and Australia. The Canadair Sabre added another 1,815 airframes, and the significantly redesigned CAC Sabre (sometimes known as the Avon Sabre or CAC CA-27), had a production run of 112. Hello everybody,
The year has just begun, but we're already preparing the new update for you. Version 3.010 will be focused on improving the functionality of several modules of the sim and some of the changes are long-awaited and important. In the meantime, the work on all the Early Access projects progresses according to the schedule and many new things will be ready shortly after 3.010 release, in Q1 2019.
Our map designers are finishing the map of the Southern Kursk salient that includes Prokhorovka. As we announced before, it will utilize the higher detailed landscape wireframe and higher detailed buildings damage. When it is finished, the work on the scenario campaigns for "Clash at Prokhorovka" will begin. The campaigns will recreate the large scale historical events of July 1943 to the South-West of Prokhorovka. Today we can show you several screenshots of this map:
We plan to show you the new tanks soon - M4A2 Sherman, Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf.M (to be released at the end of the Winter) and T-34 mod. 1943 and PzKpfw IV Ausf.G (to be released at the beginning of Spring). We also started the implementation of the major feature - animated tank crewmen. This is a very...

As we continue our preparations for 0.2.0, Skjultland, Buyan, Telmun and NA Newbie archipelago were shut down this week, and all the characters along with their inventories were safely transferred to Epleland and the Newbie islanders to EU Newbie. To commemorate all the creations of the old world, we have started compiling a collective album, 'Glory to the Old Worlds', where all of you are welcome to share your best moments and magnificent creations.
We have also received requests to immortalize the Guild Rankings of these worlds, and they are now available in a dedicated album as well. As for the destiny of the remaining worlds of Abella, how will it work with the new map and other questions - we are going to announce all the details soon™!
In the meantime, we are excited to unveil the most anticipated and hyped features of 0.2.0. You've guessed it - the New Map, Fiefs, Taxes & New Wars. Find out how vast and diverse the New Map will be and how the new taxes, territories and guild wars systems will work in the upcoming 0.2.0 on our page dedicated to the update!
