This all-new DR400 has been modelled by our in-house development team to the same exceptional quality as all the recent Just Flight aircraft, but we're making it available to you at this permanent special low price by way of a seasonal thank you for all your support and your custom over the last few years. The project is still actively maintained, but it is not under active development. We periodically fix things or add minor improvements as time goes on. Do you have any particular requests? I make no promises with ACARS/CPDLC functionality - it's something we'd like to see, but time/technical limits may not give us an easy path forward.

November 2019 video by Hermit In The Forest
What makes this Limited Edition special is it combines the original simulator with the Operation Desert Storm addon. It also comes with a CD-ROM containing Tornado-inspired music, composed by David Punshon. The colourful games catalogue circa 1993 is a nice touch. This is the type of video that makes you long for the good old days when game manuals were so heavy, being chock-full of printed contents, maps and paraphernalia, that you needed two hands to lift it up comfortably.
"This whole book .. I cannot imagine someone to read it whole, really, ... but maybe some people were that crazy do it." (6:41)
Yes, most "flight sim crazy" people who bought it back in the 1990s devoured the manual. Especially a certain Andrew McPherson who read the manual cover to cover in hospital while recovering from a car accident. Judging from the title of this ancient Google Groups post, I am sure that he was a Pink Floyd fan.
I do have one concern of unboxing classic game boxes in the middle of a forest. Pine cones, forest floor debris and CDs don't mix well. But if one is careful then I suppose I am worrying for nothing. ;-)...
