(NO) Bug - (USER ERROR) - Units not displayed in the CP when hovering over them

I a still going through the tutorial, so maybe I need to be in another phase, but per the tutorial I am still in the Allies Deploy Phase, but per the manual:

10. 10.   Moving the mouse cursor (without clicking) will cause the units to be displayed in the CP along with information about the unit. You can select either ground, air or naval units to be displayed or to be selected for operations.  Cursor of the ground units is the standard arrow, for air units is a custom plane cursor, and for naval units are custom ship cursor.  Try this at all map levels.

This does not work, only the hex id is show the box is beige.

Hi Zovs, think you'll only see units in selection box depending on cursor,if it's plane cursor, hovering over ground/naval units won't show anything.Try right mouse click and select show ground units then try hovering mouse over ground unit on map.
