Milviz integrated WXR P3D V4/5

We are pleased to announce a patch is available for the integrated WXR that is included for many of our products.

This will allow you to use the weather radar in Prepar3D V4.5 HF3 and Prepar3d V5 HF2.

Work is still in progress on the stand alone version.
