Command: Modern Air Naval Ops 'experience levels' per unit

Finally.... FINALLY (bombastic music score) we will be getting 'experience levels' per unit instead of per side. It's a game changer.
Before you could only set a level of experience (or difficulty) for a side and ALL units would have that. So you would be unable to make a mission where, for example, a highly trained element of F-15C's would fly CAS in an otherwise averagely trained force.
