I would just like to say that I received great service from Matrix/Slitherine today.

I had an issue, of my own making. I contacted support Friday evening and had a swift resolution the next day, which was a Saturday.

Good to know that customer service is important to some companies.

I would confirm the good experience about their customer care.

Over the years I purchased a number of titles from the company. The few issues I had were always replied and resolved within a short time.

Also the fact that they provide additional steam keys for many of their products is an outstanding service.
