I think HerrPaulchen means that the uncertainty was very exciting and didn't want that aspect of the game changed.

This battle was a hard one. I had General Sandman with his Corps constantly attacking me from the SE. The enemy pushed us very hard

I think I chose a great defensive position and my Generals followed orders and played very well
