Simplified scheme of the battle.

The moment when I thought that the defeat is very close.

The first appearance of the enemy. It was an unexpected direction! I was not ready for him.

A terrible crush of infantry. And the cavalry of the enemy flies into it!

I finished the fight in the forest. He went to defend the key point.

I saw the replay, pity that our 7 units were inactive and did not participate in the battle, could be used to regroup our center now inexistent.Beautiful and bloody battle, Honor the defenders who fought as a lion and have achieved the victory   :howdy :Soldier_salute :Napoleonic soldier

I've heard that the addition to the game of the opportunity to give orders exactly on the map is being discussed. I am radically against this idea. Here's the situation from the last battle:
Commander Klaus writes to me:
- Urgent move to my left flank!
I write the answer:
- Klaus, where's your left flank? !!
Commander:
- Urgently on the left flank, move to the East, rather!
I:
- I got it. Moving!

Here's a case with the fight. If Klaus could give me an "order for cards," this situation would not have happened. And she was for me the most interesting in this battle.

Was it really that boring ?  ???

Who we were

"We were the ones who knew but did not understand, well informed but without insight, overloaded with factual data but poor in experience and wisdom. So we went, not stopped by ourselves."

Based on Roger Willemsen R.I.P.

At the suggestion of General Biondo, I saw the replay watching the battle not from the map, he was right, the 7 units, they were ghost, because. He pushed them forward and they fought the battle. He explained to me that they were on the map, but in reality they were not there.  :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :D

I think HerrPaulchen means that the uncertainty was very exciting and didn't want that aspect of the game changed.

The map usage would be for the initial planning of the battle. Anything else is just discussion.

Thank you General Colbert

This battle was a hard one. I had General Sandman with his Corps constantly attacking me from the SE. The enemy pushed us very hard  :beatings

I think I chose a great defensive position and my Generals followed orders and played very well  :Napoleonic soldier

Another great battle.

Thank you Generals   :cheers
