I tried to start using one but ran into problem that i could not expect. My windows language pack... it does not support English voice detection. So you might want to check  what windows language pack you are using.

Can you not download other language packs to be supported through the manual install on windows update? I thought I did back in windows 95/98/XP.

I actually don't know o.o  its all heprew to me. These things in windows and downloads and stuff. >.<  so hard to understand.
