There was one objective. Une Colline. The basic order was for Biondo to take his Corps via the red route. If no enemy on the objective then to take it. If enemy had taken it then he was to deploy NE of obj and engage. I would take the green route and take the position on the ridge north of Bois Une woods. Then I would attack towards the west.



However the enemy had the same idea. They reached the objective and the ridge north of Bois Une before us.



The battle was fierce. The enemy held the objective which had natural protection from the river and woods. I fought hard against the Corps of Praetoria SE of the objective. It was a draw ultimately. Who knows what would have happened if the timer had not have stopped? Many men and horses were tired on both sides. Very good battle.
