Ok Ive made a miniatures wargame App, for the PC Windows.

THE DIFFERRENCE IS, NO SETUP FILES , JUST PUT YOUR IMAGES IN A FOLDER

it has dragable large maps, 10 data dials per unit, filipping, rulers, make a game in 5minites,
