SOW: WL want to play MP with DOW?

These will be casual, fun games. There are however some prerequisites and ground rules.


You will need the following:

•   Latest patched version of game. (1.01 as of 10/11/16)
•   TeamSpeak 3 installed and working Click here
•   A decent microphone (not desktop or laptop)
•   A decent/stable internet connection (at least 1.5Mbps down & 0.5Mbps up)
•   If the game is advertised in advance you must put your name on manning list.
•   If mods are required, you must have them downloaded in advance.
•   You must be proficient with the game (Note proficient. You don't need to be an expert)
•   You must be prepared to play in a friendly manner. It is not real!
•   Having the game does not mean you can automatically play the sessions.

We play with the latest version of the software.

Most of them are small. You can download them from our mods section: Here.

Please do not alter the mods in anyway. This could lead to in-game issues

NOTE:
D.O.W. are using the KS mod on many occasions. It is possible that we will use this as our standard mod. I advise you to download and have it installed in-case we use it. Please follow the setup instructions carefully.

Safest thing to do is to have all of the above mods installed and ready to be activated. These mods are mostly very small and easy to deal with.

If I can get timing s to coincide then yes. Whilst proficient possibly open to interpretation I can generally move around fire, change formation etc

The above list is a quick work in progress. I do not want to be in a situation which often happens in another game we play. Good comms is important. Especially in the early stages of getting to grips with the game. Also players should have a good understanding of the interface. Notice I said understanding.

I play regularly and my mp sessions are becoming more regular.

This is an excellent game.

Yes I have played all the SOW games - just a bit of rust to shake off so need to schedule some practice.
