Purpose/main points:

•   Casual fun
•   Opportunity for new players to join
•   Casual comms (casual not free for all)
•   Simple brief/plan
•   Voluntary AAR attendance

+ Must include map updates.
+ More room for errors and mistakes = slighly more units for each player. And Enemy should not Be hardcore difficult.
+ slighly more dump Enemy units and action.

As addition... part of friendly force could Be atleast partly scripted that those for casual playing would have easyer time with those. this could be done in mission briefing hastily. Also I highly recommend that mission should not be such huge that someone would end with more units than platoon. I remember case where ones have had need to lead entire AI company
