Large missions

Large mission future -

I would like to propose the following.

Large missions that require or are best played with 6-8 or more people just to make it work, will be set up with a post with a manning roster started. The mission will stay up with dates till enough people are signed up for a specific date. Until enough have it will continue to roll from week to week till there is enough.

I think we need to do this as it takes away from the fun, and immersion of the missions if there is too much to be handled by each player.
I would like to ask that anyone making a mission of this size, that you have multiple people take a look at it for size, play-ability at what scale, and where it should fit for our missions beyond the normal mission testing process.

Please comment with any ideas, thoughts, or what not on this topic.
