Any guide or videoTutorial about how to modify Bia_sample models in Oxygen 2 ?

Hello

Im trying to create Vbs3 new content
I did some Russian troops past year but was only a retexture of the Bia_sample slodier model.
I modified the Bia sample soldier in 3dsmax and i have import to oxygen 2 but the model its without lods and memory lods and look like very dificult create lods and specially memory lods.
If someone know about a good video tutorial i wil appreciate a lot , because the most arma2 and 3 tutorial stuff in youtube are incomplete or they are in Russian or German.
 I will glad id someone can give me hand on this.

Thanks for the guide , i saw on youtbe but they explain the lods function in oxygen 2 and its important info for begin to understand how is the config of the models in oxygen , but im trying to understand how to texturize units , and how config the parameters of the lods in  the config.cpp and cfg files.
im trying right now to understand the tutorials on Vbs3 user guides but is not easy.
