Third Assault on St. Andre de l'Epine

I have 2 volunteers to fight this battle using CM. Vatutin and Tactical Wargamer are going to give it a go! 

As the name says, this is the 3rd assault at this location. Canadian Cat and Mad Mike fought this out using CM earlier (you can see their thread). The second assault was completed by ToO battle resolution a couple turns ago with notable American success in ground gained. This battle will feature more of the same from earlier; a US infantry battalion with armor and engineer support plus plenty of arty against outgunned but elite Fallschirm troops. Stay tuned for additional information as we get this battle going.

FYI, for those waiting for this battle to unfold, we are in a holding pattern. Tactical Wargamer had to drop out of his battle commitment...maybe Vatutin scared him off!  Seriously though, Vatutin is scrubbing the internet looking for a victim, err I mean opponent to play. Until then, this battle will be on hold.
